The Texoma Valley Surgery Center is located within Dr. Papaila's offices and is liscenced by the Texas Department of Health meeting medicare requirements. This means that the surgery center employees, e.g., surgeon, anesthesia provider, pharmasist, and nursing staff are credentialed and that there is a quality assurance review of the surgical cases.
